Psychotherapy

Individual therapy is a place for you to take time and explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and experiences. Whether the issues relate to the past or present, individual sessions are an opportunity to work on deriving meaning and making sense of your experiences. You can also work on developing the skills and coping tools you need to help manage difficult emotions and experiences. Or perhaps you simply need a space to feel your feelings, reflect, and be heard. Either way, your one-on-one sessions with me will be tailored to what you need and we will work on your goals for therapy together.
